Small Hits – cd single

Small Hits – cd single

A new single CD by Alesia Cosmos. 2 unreleased versions of the most famous titles of the group : The Last Line and Pat'lin de Merde.

The Last Line was the first title on the second album Aeroproducts (1985). A high energy rock song with a distorted electric guitar riff. In 2019, Pascal Holtzer remixed the original tracks and produced this yet unreleased extended version.

Pat'lin d'Merde was the most famous title on the first album Exclusivo! (1983). This quirky pseudo punk anthem united all generations of listeners in a great burst of laughter. When Bruno de Chénerilles composed this bomb in his studio, he himself sang the very first version of it. This yet unreleased sketch has a nice spontaneous energy.

Small Hits is a CD single in a limited edition of 100 copies slipped into a simple cardboard sleeve designed by Bruno de Chénerilles.

VAVAVOOM ! – cd

VAVAVOOM ! – cd

A brand new CD on record label Audiorama. Composed by Pascal Holtzer, Pierre Zeidler and Bruno de Chénerilles, 3 members of Alesia Cosmos, met for this trio side-project.

Recorded in May 2021 at studio Audiorama, it was mixed and mastered during that summer. VAVAVOOM ! Is available : you can order it on the Audiorama Record Shop.

Starting with original tracks composed and proposed by Pascal Holtzer, the 3 fellows met in 2 recording sessions. Pierre Zeidler (clarinet, saxophone) and Bruno de Chénerilles (live electronics, moogs, theremin) played freely with these tracks avec ces pistes during 2 sessions. The whole material was then remixed by Pascal Holtzer.

This creative process led to VAVAVOOM ! All along the eleven tracks, the album creates a very special sound universe, sometimes groovy, even creepy, but always humoristic, not very far from Alesia Cosmos.

You can be among the firsts to support this artistic enterprise on label Audiorama : Order now the album on the Record Shop !

Duo Sélestat Trio - CD + 32 pages booklet - Limited Edition of 200 numbered copies - Jean-Louis Hess : photos, Germain Roesz : paintings and Bruno de Chénerilles : music composition - 2008 - Audiorama/Faisant

On the occasion of the 3rd step of his sound portrait of Alsace, Bruno de Chénerilles commissioned Germain Roesz and Jean-Louis Hess for a visual approach to the city of Sélestat.
For his part, he composed this sound tribute to the humanist history of the city:
Video Beatus - a 20mn piece played here in concert by Pierre Zeidler: prepared electric guitar,
Harold Stevens: triangle,
Bruno de Chénerilles: spoken voice (extract from a poem by Du Bartas - 16th century),
with the recorded voices of the inhabitants saying words from Beatus Rhenanus and birds of Sélestat.
